The John Cable Apartments complex is a newly constructed property with plenty of comforts to make it feel like home. A Family Dollar store, Wesselman’s Supermarket, Lincoln Elementary School, and several churches are all located just two blocks away or closer. Even though most necessities are within walking distance, there’s a bus stop nearby to help you get around town.
Resident safety is a top priority at John Cable Apartments. The new complex makes use of a key fob entry security system which are coded to make sure only residents can enter. There is also a 24-hour camera surveillance system in place for added security. This safe environment lends itself to resident interaction and utilizes a community room for gatherings like birthdays and Thanksgiving.
John Cable Apartments offers income-based apartments, all of which come with appliances including a refrigerator, stove, and central heating and air conditioning. Phone, cable television, and Internet services are available through WOW.
The complex has 4 units with 2 bedrooms and 20 units with 1 bedroom. There are also laundry facilities available for resident use.
