Fulton Square Apartments are home to a tight-knit community of friends and families. The apartment complex is conveniently located within walking distance to most necessities, including Cedar Hall Elementary School, Asbury United Methodist Church, and several shopping locations. There are also more than five bus stops in the immediate area for easy access to public transportation.
The community is family-oriented, and Fulton Square Apartments reflects those values with the inclusion of a Boys & Girls Club and a daycare center within the complex. There’s also flower and vegetable gardens, a playground, and two community gazebos for residents to enjoy together. Resident safety is regarded with a high level of importance, as a police liaison officer patrols the area regularly, and the manager’s office is on-site.
Fulton Square Apartments offers income-based housing units, all of which come with appliances including central heating and air conditioning. Phone, cable television, and internet services are available through Insight Communications, and meal services are available through SWIRCA.
There are 110 family units, each with 2-4 bedrooms. All family units also have washer and dryer hookups. There are also 82 efficiency and 1 bedroom units with access to 4 laundry facilities.
