For those selected from the HCV Waiting List on Rent Café on September 27th, you should complete the online application and upload all required documentation by October 7, 2022.
Please see answers to the most commonly asked questions after being selected from the waiting list below:
- If you don’t remember your password or have access to the email used at the time you applied, you need to go to www.evansvillehousing.org and print off the Rent Café Email Revision Request. Complete all applicable information and submit it by email to Delicia.Bass@evansvillehousing.org.
- Applicants who completed the application AND uploaded all documents by October 7th will be contacted within 60 days.
- Applicants who submitted after the original deadline BUT before October 31st will be contacted within 90 days.
- No status updates will be provided by phone or email to avoid processing delays.
- Failure to submit the completed online application with the required uploads by October 31st will lead to your application being dropped—NO EXCEPTIONS!
- If you have problems uploading the documents from your phone, it is suggested you find access to a computer/ scanner instead.
