Dear Residents and Concerned Citizens:
The Evansville Housing Authority’s proposed 2021 Agency Plan is available for 45-day public review and comment. The plan includes the Housing Choice Voucher and Project Based Voucher Administrative Plan, and the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Attachment. Copies of the proposed plan are available for review at the EHA main office, located at 402 Court Street, Suite B, Evansville, IN 47708. Copies of the proposed plan were also distributed to the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) main office, each Resident Council, as well as properties that are now administered under the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program.

A Public Hearing will be held to discuss the proposed 2021 Agency Plan on January 12, 2021 at 4:00 PM local time. If pandemic restrictions are still in effect at that time, the Public Hearing will be made available through a Zoom meeting with additional details provided at a later date should the need arise.
